Before you write

No sound from my guitar

Jamsday needs an audio interface or guitar adapter connected to the phone. It never uses the phone's own microphone for the guitar. Unplug and plug the adapter in again with the app open.

A sound says it is a built-in sound

Connect a free TONE3000 account in Profile › TONE3000 connection to get the real amp capture.

A sound says it is no longer available on TONE3000

Its creator removed the capture or made it paid. Guitar sounds keep playing on the built-in amp.

Something somebody shared is not OK

Long-press the jam, answer or comment in the app and choose Report. You can also block the person. Or write to us.

Deleting your account

In the app: Profile › Delete account. It cannot be undone.
